Order Tracking Information

After an order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout where tracking is available.

How to Track Your Order

1. Check your dispatch email for a tracking link or tracking number.
2. Use the link provided to view the latest carrier updates.
3. If the link has only just been created, allow some time for the carrier's first scan to appear.

Tracking Has Not Updated

Carrier scans can sometimes be delayed. If there has been no meaningful update for an unusual period or the estimated delivery window has passed, contact support@amorj.com with your order number.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

Check with household members, neighbours, reception/concierge areas and any safe-place information shown by the carrier. If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact us promptly so we can review the delivery information.

Delivery Estimates
